IMPORTANT ALERT!

THE IPSWICH, SALISBURY, AND HAMILTON HOUSING AUTHORITY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAY FEBRUARY 23, 2026 DUE TO A SEVERE WEATHER EVENT.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Essex County, including Ipswich, with heavy snow expected late tonight through Monday evening. Accumulations of 12–18 inches are likely, with some areas seeing up to 24 inches. Strong winds gusting up to 60 mph may create blizzard conditions, whiteouts, hazardous travel, and potential power outages due to heavy, wet snow and high winds.

Maintenance will be responding throughout the weather event.
